Challenge

Recondition wire bobbin pockets for the braider deck as an alternative to purchasing an entirely new deck.

Approach

CNC programming to re-machine the deck pockets to OEM tolerances, using our CNC floor borer. The project was collected from, and delivered to, Parker Hannifin using our WEC vehicle.

Result

Deck returned to as-new condition, averting major capital outlay by the client.
