Machine the screw to fit hardened wear shoes, within a 48-hour timeframe.
Set up of the project on our 12 metre centre lathe, then machine the outside diameter (1.6 metres) of the screw for fitment of the wear shoes.
Project completed and delivered within the required timeframe, avoiding critical downtime for Visy Pulp & Paper.
