2 Metre, 26 Ton Suction Roller
Within a 24-hour timeframe, modify suction roller to provide machining of grooves for water displacement.
WEC developed a specialised five-bladed gang cutter for precision penetration of the roller’s urethane coating. We then completed the groove cutting process utilising our 12-metre centre lathe for turning.
Project completed and delivered within 24 hours, minimising expensive downtime for the mill.
